Each year, we highlight collegiate bowl performances from former players who once graced our beautiful Florida Gridiron.

JOE MILTON
QB, Tennessee Volunteers, SEC
HS: Olympia HS

ORANGE BOWL
Milton shined in one of the biggest bowl games as he led his #6 ranked Tennessee Vols to a victory over Clemson in the Orange Bowl in Miami. Milton was thrust into action when UT superstar Herndon Hooker tore his ACL en route to one of the best seasons by a QB. Milton, born in Pahokee, a former star at Orlando Olympia, was ready to keep the Vols at a high level showing that the system worked. Milton made some spectacular throws ending the game with and most important the W.

TANK DELL
WR, Houston Cougars,
HS: Daytona Beach Mainland

INDEPENDENCE BOWL
Houston Cougars star WR Nathaniel "Tank" Dell hauled in 6 passes for 44 yards and 2 TDs as his clutch TD in the fourth quarter secured the 23-16 win over Louisiana in the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl.
