Miami Southridge quarterback Antwan Anderson tossed two first half touchdown passes, the first covering 52 yards to Roscoe Parrish and later connected with Jaheim Jerry on an 11 yard score to lead the Spartans to a 24-12 road victory over Rockledge.

Courtney Reese added two rushing touchdowns including a four yard score with 2:45 remaining to seal the deal for the Spartans.

Rockledge tied the game at 12 with 6:08 left in the third quarter when Jalen Mitchell scored on a five yard rushing touchdown. However, the Raiders (4-1) could not score anymore points and were dealt their first defeat of the 2018 season.
