Mandarin was trailing 7-6 and took the lead for good when Alabama commit Carson Beck, a 6-4 225 lb. junior quarterback tossed a 54 yard touchdown pass to Kris Mitchell which gave Mandarin a 12-7 with 1:09 left in the third quarter.

With the win, the Mustangs have a home game versus Sarasota Riverview next week and the winner will play in the Class 8A Championship Game.
